"I had the same issue as many other reviews here: Prebooked a day in advance as I had to be on time in an important work-related appointment, only for no one to show up at the booked time. I called them to check and was told they've got no drivers available at the moment and it will take about an hour to get one to me. Waiting for an hour would mean I miss the appointment, so I had to search for other cabs in the last minute and during the morning rush hour. I did with no luck - as expected, which is exactly why I had booked a day in advance. It would have helped if they had let me know a bit earlier to give me a little bit of time to make other arrangements, but it seems no one would have bothered if I hadn't called. Very disappointing."

"Pre booked 8 hours in advance for 11:30pm, booking accepted. At midnight called for update, took 20 minutes to get through and told no cars in area (what’s the point of pre booking?), told one in front of us and we would be next. At 1:10pm still no sign of a cab, tried calling again and after another 20 minutes and still third in queue to speak with someone, gave up. Hung up and cancelled booking. Phoned another company who picked up within 20 minutes of booking, would not recommend or use again."

"Have used this before and the drivers are lovely. However I booked a taxi and was told 10-15 mins so after 20+ minutes passed I called back to be told that the original driver was away somewhere else and it would be 30-45 minutes. NO APOLOGY just a bad attitude. Won’t use them again."

"Taxi was late to begin with… Initially told 10 minutes late, then a further5 meaning that I was worried about missing my train I had asked if I could pay by card and was assured I could. The drivers card machine was broken so we had to stop at a bank which meant more time pressure."

"Scott McCracken and Helena Higgins are users who exploit workers. The cars are not properly insured, we got stopped by police because the driver in the red skoda had no insurance for the car. They have 1 car out on the road usually that’s why waiting times are so high. Even if there are no cars on the road at all they will tell you its an hours wait. They don’t pay taxes or national insurance for employees and office staff who are earning less than minimum wage if they even get paid at all. Horrible people behind this company even stealing things the customers leave in taxis or spending their employees wages in cocktail bars or weekends trips away."
