Due to bad advice given to me by an appointed viewing agent from this company I lost an opportunity to bid on a property. My follow up calls and emails to Sturrock Armstrong and Thomson were not returned and no redress or remediation was offered or given as to why this had happened. While not a client I found their whole approach thoroughly dissatisfying. Since my request for a follow up call from a Director has been ignored I look forward to your public response here."
