"Popped in to the Flower Rooms on a Saturday morning in a bit of a panic. I needed to arrange a floral bouquet for a funeral which I had to collect first thing Monday morning. The lady was extremely understanding (as were the two other people preparing bouquets in the back room). Even though they didn't actually open until 9.30am on the Monday they offered to open up early so I could collect the flowers and still make it over to the funeral in time. A lovely floral bouquet, with lovely service. Thank you, it was really appreciated."
