"I visited this school in 2004 as a trainee teacher and observer. The teachers I met were wonderful, but a few of them were bland and boring. Some teachers were energetic, while others were terribly negative. Some colleagues were the most helpful, while others were so horrible that we felt like ghosts! I saw a lot of bullying, but thanks to the anti-bullying team they formed, students felt more at ease. However, some students objected to this. By the end of the training, they had not given us attendance certificates! That was terrible."
