"Kate is a very disciplined and ambitious person, able to pass on knowledge and infect her passion for bachata. Lessons are very technique focused, which allows me to learn every move and step accurately. I highly recommend this academy."

"Kate's classes are some of the best I've taken. She really focuses on technique and how to actually lead/follow moves (rather than just routine after routine). She's a really fun teacher and very inventive and playful with her class formats. She's done blindfolded classes to focus on connecting with your partner, musicality to learn the structure of songs to help hit the "break", and role rotation so you can see what signals feel like from the other side. I don't know of another teacher in London that incorporates these things into their school. On top of this, Kate encourages students to get to know each other and go to socials together (key to putting what you've learnt into practice)."

"I have been attending bachata classes at Bachatica for the past year, I started as a beginner and found it challenging at first, however Kate was able to help me successfully overcome the challenges. She is excellent at explaining and breaking down the steps. Teachers at Bachatica are super friendly, accepting, and supportive regardless of your age, gender and background. I highly recommend Kate's classes if you are planning to learn Bachata, dance, have fun and make friends."

"Kate's bachata classes are a mix of technique, practice, and a lot of fun. She is innovative, skilled, smiley and down-to-earth, and humble enough to always continue learning dance. I could always see myself going to her classes to cheer me up and learn how to do new movements properly. I highly recommend it."
