"I'd first visited the Dance Studio several years ago for a group pole dancing experience, which I thoroughly enjoyed. So when I noticed my joints were feeling quite tight recently, I looked them up again and found the online courses for flexibility and stretching. They are easy to follow and give you time to move in and out of position. I've found I'm really enjoying them, and am considering the splits fot beginners classes. I would highly recommend the Dance Studio, they have so many classes to offer especially for those that are looking for something fun, and a bit different to your usual fitness classes."
