"Multiple calls with a man I believe under the name of Alex have been appalling. His level of condescension is disgusting, and he does not honor the words of his colleagues. There are many members we have pleasant conversations with working at the establishment however he has repeatedly been patronising and difficult. It is a shame, as a member of a growing creative society in west London that the treatment is so poor where we should be building a network between artists and facilitators. Feeling sometimes that the treatment goes beyond the professional policies, I would not recommend."

"I’m a weekly customer and the new receptionist was extremely rude. I was running late and I asked her to please let me pay in the end. She was like sure, so I headed upstairs. After that she called me back, started to argue with me that it doesn’t work like that and I should pay now, but she let 3 other people in front of me the queue making me even more late. She also didn’t tell me or my singing teacher, which studio is ours, nor to the next student of my teacher. If I’m running late and cannot pay after the lesson it’s fine, my real issue is her literally starting an argument about this and trying to talk down to me and lecture me. Just make up your mind and if you are planning to work with people I recommend practicing some basic human decency and compassion. Some people can get the smallest authority and they can still abuse it. Very very uncomfortable experience"

"Dance Attic is an institution for the Arts and Entertainment scene. Expertly run and an eclectic and welcoming place to rehearse and practice."

"I am the Brand Ambassador Tutor for Superprof Dance UK, Vlogger, Youtuber. From my experience of teaching over 500 students & using the services provided by most of the dance studios in London, I strongly do not recommend this studio to host personal dance lessons as a student or a Tutor. Please be aware of the rude, unprofessional receptionist named Becca. She is ruining the brand reputation of this family business by providing bad experiences for a lot of people. I have been coming and bringing in new dance students over a year and making them money. They completely do not understand the meaning of customer service & what it means to have a healthy relationship with long term returning customer/ teacher like myself. I do not recommend if you value service and fair treatment as they care more about £20 than the customers experience. Poppy the owners sister & Becca put me in awkward situation and tried very hard to argue & pressured me to pay for the full hour instead of being considerate even though there was barely any one else at the studio at that time due to COVID-19 situation. I do not feel happy or safe to go back to that environment to teach. As I am a freelance teacher, I have experienced and learned that they value money more than their clients which is really sad and bad for business. I have made face to face direct complaints regarding the unfair treatment because I was late for a private lesson. But they choose to ignore complaints and negative reviews from people, continue running the business without any improvements or training the staff more professionally. I hope others do not suffer such treatment and reads these google reviews before giving away and wasting their precious hard earned money, time and energy to Dance Attic. It is not worth it. Thanks Seam Superprof.co.uk Dance Ambassador"

"5 stars for Bollywood class with Aanchal Gupta with MoveGB. Great bollywood music and easy to follow dance moves. 3 stars for venue. Got to pay £2 for entrance fee. Very vintage environment, big studios but toilets are a little cramped and run down."
