"normally the staff are friendly but there’s is this one woman that’s always extremely rude, has got no manners. i can’t believe she got even given a job in which you have to talk to customers. Whenever she answers the phone i know i won’t be booking just due to the disgusting tone she has on the phone and the lack of attention. apart from her everyone is lovely but she does ruin the place"
