"Literally lie to your face about not having prescriptions that they do. Push their issues back onto customers to resolve. Take no responsibility whatsoever about locating prescriptions that they already have. Openly discuss prescriptions/medical conditions in front of other customers. No compassion, no care, no commitment to a basic level of customer service. Pitiful."

"Very unreliable for repeat prescriptions. Put me on a 2monthly reorder despite my prescription only being for 1month of tablets. Tried to blame my doctors, despite it clearly being their fault. When when it happened a second time told me I should ring them to remind them to reorder - er what's the point of it being a *repeat* prescription then. Downright dangerous to my health leaving me scrabbling for my medication or missing doses. I'm going to move pharmacy."

"Gone rapid downhill in the last few months. Don’t let you know if your prescription is ready or in our case if the prescription has an issue. Left my 9 year old with no medication after a week of having the prescription and not ordering it. Had to drive round 6 chemists at rush hour and finally got some in Govan. Shame on you Boots Ralston - not acceptable customer care. You didn’t even offer to phone other chemists for a stock check. Just nothing at all."
