"Was given wrong medication. Noticed that it tasted different,went back to check it was okay and pharmacist said it wasn't the right medication. Another visit the assistant shouted across floor the name of my medication that was ready and asked me what I was still waiting on. So embarrassed I asked to go into side room to tell her what it was. Discretion and customer redpect is needing improved on big time!!!"
