"Just had the experience of a 10 minute wait at the cash desk where two staff members were busy but a male was stacking shelves with products in deference to a 5 public member queue waiting for to purchase goods. As this male walked past me twice I asked if he was actually seeing the queue in front of him to which his response was....only one staff to each job/position and walked away!! Without supplying any assistance. I served the public for 35 years and this kind of attitude, with no flexibility, lost business just like mine."
