"DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY THEY ARE TOTALLY UNRELIABLE. Yesterday afternoon I pre booked a taxi for 1.10am to pick up me and 2 friends. At 1.15 I called to see where the taxi was and was told my pre booking was not guaranteed and she didn't know or couldn't tell me when my taxi would arrive ! How do they not understand what pre booked means? I was absolutely livid . Apparently I can call tomorrow to complain to the manager."
