"Gaynes School is nothing but a joke, my daughter has her exams in a few months, but the headteacher seems to think his way of helping her is to keep giving her 5 day exclusions to other Schools, examples of a few are for staring at a boy, for being too ill to turn up to a Saturday Dentention. She has spent more time out of School, than she has there. I have complained to the School, but their obviously not bothered about my daughters education. They exclude pupils to make it look good for Ofsted if they visit. I warn other parents, DO NOT send your children to Gaynes, if I knew what it was like before sending my daughter there, I would of refused her place there."

"I have left the school this year. Some of the teachers where very nice and helpful and you could talk to them and have a laugh. But other teachers where horrible or just couldn't be bothered to teach us. The school does nothing when it comes to bullying and they just let things go down hill I really wouldn't want to make a child go there."

"It's a shame that students have to delete their view on this school. In our planner it says that we have the right to be listened to but it don't feel like it and that mentions about student voice, but some people part of the school council says that mr edgar don't listen to the points being made. They can't afford to keep some teachers resulting to them leaving and we keep getting covers which is unfair. A lot of people are wondering where all the money the school gets go to, it should be going to getting new resources that will benefit everyone."

"In the duration of my time at gaynes it has been to say the least a shaky and bad experience, though I have never been the most focused student the ignorance and arrogance of the teachers (admittedly not all, only most) has been abysmal. Teachers which act childish and lie in statements, mock students about appearance and personality alongside background. Modern education is apparently about equality and being fair or truthful; all of these are nonexistent at Gaynes School. Students are always incorrect and are forced to delete opinions, voicing their opinions is almost publicly frowned upon by members of staff, any attempt of a peaceful or diplomatic way of voicing your opinion is also frowned upon. Students are bullied and nothing is done about it until they use self defence and then they are punished; though this does not reference many in the year of 2017 it does to those of previous years. Parents which are fed lies from teachers which has left some parents incredibly stressed. On an additional note about the teachers even if you reform and change the teachers will hold a grudge and punish you from school events. Would I recommend Gaynes to your child or you? Absolutely not, unless you like being stressed and frustrated. S/O to three good teachers however you know who you are. I'll voice my opinion here publicly because what really can be done anymore, people have been strongly "advised" to give the school five stars or be banned from prom. Never knew freedom of speech was banned at Gaynes"

"Personally I have loved my time at gaynes. I feel like the teachers have been very supportive of me since I lost my arms and legs. I've been used as a ball by he teachers who have used me for a game of catch. It was a lot of fun. My favourite teacher is the one that denied me my freedom of speech. I'd highly recommend this school for your child especially if u have special needs"
