"If I could give 0 stars I would. Arrived yesterday at 20:30 to the hotel, nobody working at the reception. Rang the bell and tried to call all numbers available on the website, no answer. Had to look for an alternative place to stay. Disgraceful. AVOID!!"

"Was booked in an apartment on the top floor, on collection of card keys was told there is a £100 deposit that wasn't clearly stated on the website, the apartment was beautiful at first glance and definitely suited myself and my children for the night however there was a lot of dust, there were hair's in shower and on bed that were not mine, the curtains didnt fully close and parts were hanging off from the top of them, there were small bits of rubbish from (im assuming) other people who had stayed, the bedding had a rip in it and I had to shake manky toast from the toaster to give my kids breakfast but overall yes I'd stay again but I think the deposit needs to be clearer on the website and small improvements needed"

"Pretty decent place to stay centrally,rooms need a refresh, fair amount of street noise and curtains let the daylight in, but beds are comfortable."

"Where do I start, the apartment is located in a rough and dirty part of the city centre. The apartment itself was not very clean and the showers barely provided a trickle of water. The apartment entry system frequently malfunctioned as did the car park accross the road. The car park is disgusting and really run down. The sofa, chairs etc are very uncomfortable and it's extremely warm at all times. I would avoid."
