"Unfortunately the booking process is totally lacking in transparency or organisation. I tried to book in the summer for the September term and was told the only places available were late fri/sat evenings which are totally unsuitable for a toddler. I held off investigating other options and deferred to January, asking to be put on the waiting list for a Saturday or Sunday morning class. I have now (to my surprise) been offered late fri / sat evening classes again for January and asked if I would like to go on the waiting list for morning classes I thought I was already on! Overall just a little bit of a shambles!"
