Splash Day Nursery

"I’m so glad, that some other parents are finding out. This nursery is not good, the staff don’t change the toddlers and babies nappies. Leave them dirty, than when you ask them. They say they just did that poo or wee and other things they hadn’t worked or let the toddlers/ babies learn words / or their abc. They are just in it for the money. When my daughter went to the nursery, they put my daughter in danger. By not watching her. She was 3 at the time. She hit her head on something hard, and cover it up, by not telling me, I saw the bump, when I got home and phoned them. They tell me, she probably hit her head at home. I told them, no. She didn’t cause she told me, she fell and hit her head. So they told me, she fell. But it wasn’t that hard she fell. And one time, they didn’t change my daughter. When I collected her, she was wet. ( As I take spare clothes with her to nursery everyday ). They told me, she probably just did that, I told them. No, PS - Please parents, dont send your kids/ babies to this nursery. As they do not watch them, look after them. Put them in danger and stuff, they ( Staff ) are only there for the money and that’s all!!!!!!!!!!!!!!"

"I was a little worried about sending my child to splash after reading some of the reviews, however I decided to go with my gut feeling. My son has been so happy and adores his key worker. They have made me and my son feel so welcome and I have seen a big change in my son’s speech as we are bilingual. The manager is very kind and has been very helpful in meeting our needs. Would recommend!!"

With my daughter being at this becoming a part of this nursery I have really seen the staff help her to develop become more independent in such a quick time. "Very disappointed with this nursery. This nursery lacks professionalism on many levels and is a unfriendly environment for children and parents, management seems to care about the business rather than the care of the child/children. The staff were not nice and once I brought it to their attention that my child would be leaving they didnt even ask why (says a lot). I noticed my childs nappy wasn't being changed, generally left my child to be dirty which I would notice upon pick up. As well as things I provided wasn't being used or given to my child. I generally want to warn all parents of this nursery. This nursery is also known as the name Wonderland nursery. So glad I took my child out of this nursery and have been speaking to other mums who have expressed the exact same issues as myself which lead them to remove their child from the nursery. (We can’t all be lying)."
