"Be careful of a man that constantly walks up and down past the school. I have seen him stare at the nursery children at a bench across the road in the park. He appears first thing in the morning and afternoon after school. He is old and wears glasses and the same coat trousers and shoes. Be aware! There is a rehabilitation unit on Hermitage road where he wanders from. I know I live in the area and know what it is. The school don't seem to be too concerned about him? I have taken my children out to a safer school in a safer area!"
