"The teaching here is unique because the teachers are amazing and want your child to succeed. They come in on Saturdays, and on holidays just to make sure your child succeeds. Student benefit from the teachers consistently trying to help them by ensuring them that they have all the resources they need. If your child does not succeed and the school has done everything to help, then it is your fault, not the schools because your child cannot be bothered to learn or try to learn and that is a lesson that needs to be taught at a young age. 9/10, this school is better than the surrounding secondary schools."

"Deptford Green School is quite possibly one of the worst schools you can send your child to, luring both the parent and the student with false and highly exaggerated claims to make it seem like the dream school you want your child to be studying in. I can tell you from three years of experience in this school that I have spent most of my days returning home fatigued and annoyed from the lack of control from the teachers and uptight attitudes of the students to teachers and other students. There is not one day I have gone without hearing foul language, racial slurs, and homophobic curses coming from the students. Underneath the surface of what an inspector or visitor would see from this school is a place of little respect from teachers and students. However, I am pleased to report that students with learning difficulties such as dyslexia are able to get the help and support they need in a learning environment, and are even happily aided by other students when a staff member is not present. Despite this, teachers lack skills to support other students who may suffer from mental disorders, and upon having experienced a medical episode myself, I was insulted by teachers who felt I was behaving childish and ridiculous although they are aware of my medical history. Some teachers need to learn how to deal with these situations without resorting to using language that is far from mature directed towards a student."
