"The worst practice ever ! Very hard to book an appointment, actually impossible to do it . I always have in my mind questions do they finished any medical school coz they don’t know anything ( every time ! Confused how to help) Total joke !"

"Ridiculous process to even get through to make an appointment. Instead of using a logical system, of putting folk on hold and in a queue, they instead instruct you that their staff are busy, and you should hang up and call back. Thus going through the process of redialling and selecting your options again. I'm calling on behalf of my mother-in-law this morning. She is 80 and has been poorly for weeks, I can't imagine she'd have the strength to go through this nonsense to make an appointment if she were on her own. I've been redialling for 10 minutes and I'm currently on call 30!!! Of course, when she called yesterday afternoon, reception was not interested! The practice should be ashamed."

"If I could give this place zero stars I would. Sent an official complaint over a year ago and yet to have a response. Phoned this morning from two phones, caller number one on one phone and number fourteen on another - the latter was the first to be answered. The attitude of the reception staff is absolutely abysmal, the inconsistency in treatment is actually frightening and the overall practice across the surgery is shocking. Such a shame to see so many good doctors and nurses having their reputation dragged down by a surgery like this but the place, and the amount of complaints, seriously needs further investigated."

"Phoned this morning to book my cervical smear as it’s potentially could save my life. The receptionist obviously didn’t have the time and didn’t listen to me and hung up putting me through to the automated repeat prescription line!!! Absolutely unbelievable"

"absolute joke of a surgery my dad has been in hospital and is not recovering well at all, my mum managed to get a face to face appointment today which was very grudgingly given by one of the receptionists who think they're doctors and don't have a personality between them, only to be told by the doctor that he could only deal with one issue even though everything was explained prior on the phone, my dad left more worried than before he'd went in as no help or advice was offered. This place needs investigating it's not fit to be running and the staff are so rude."
