"I went in today they packed my clothes in a very small bag after I spent loads of money and the person in charge refused to give me my parcel from online at 6pm you can imagine! All the staff were very upset, their faces looked so angry. They said cant serve at the time, I understand u serve everyone in the shop who was in the shop before the shop closed! Bad experience this time but great at other times. Improve!"
