"I think if parents are expected to give one months notice to leave a nursery then the nursery should have the courtesy of giving the parent one month notice if they wish to cut the child's hours down to only 3 hours a day instead of the 9 hours the child was doing. So parent can arrange alternative and be able to stay in work. I was given one days notice that my child is only welcome back the next day for 3 hours."

"My daughter and granddaughter attended this nursery for a month It is a very clean nursery but the care for the children needs to be looked at a bit more My 2 year old child was not wearing a coat in the cold weather and was freezing when picked her up a month later she still has a cold She was wearing other people’s boots on two separate occasions when her brand new ones was there .they must just let children wear each other’s boots not very hygienic atal Both children came out on two separate occasions with dried snot over there faces where they hadn’t wiped there faces and my granddaughter was always thirsty and another parent was saying the same thing The manager in front of the children parents and staff was rude to me and I pulled my child out as to which she texted my husbands phone at ten o’clock of a night asking why my child is not attending anymore Not very professional as a manager you would expect her to call the parents in for a meeting She said she would follow up the complaint and contact me within ten days and she still hasn’t I think she worry’s about the cleanliness of her nursery and not the care of the children They are the primary carers when parents are not there I would not recommend sending your child here"
