"Absolutely rubbish store and business as a whole, avoid at all cost as no refunds as original payment method if anything is wrong with your purchase. Utterly disgusting and no customer service for any issues. Avoid and save your money!!!"

"Who knew that Sports Direct return policy was as shambolic as it is. When trying to return an item of clothing I was informed that only an exchange would be offered and not a return. ALL other retailers offer this level of service. As far as service goes Sports Direct have none. The manager also had a very bad attitude and refused to give her name or her area managers name. Also it seems that the companies policy is to treat in store customers differently from online customers. It is fair to say I will never be shopping at Sports Direct again and would urge caution for anyone looking to purchase a gift for someone thinking that if it is not right they will be able to return it. This is not the case. Terrible company with terrible values."
