Lullabies Day Nursery

"The worst nursery setting I have ever been to. I went to collect my baby and found her crying alone with no staff attending to her. My baby is 9m and was on the floor crying whilst preschool age children running around her and there was different staff in the room each day which is why my baby could never settle. No activities set out for children. The manager is rude and and told me my child has no tears just noise. Stay away from this place!!! Most of the reviews are from family and people who work there. They changed their name because they are so bad. When my friend took her child there she got the same experience as I did but did not realise it was the same nursery until I told her the location, then she realised it's because they changed their name."

"Both my children adore this setting. The staff are informative and really interact with the children's individual needs. The management & staff are committed to providing a safe, fun & educational environment."

"My daughter joined this nursery when she was 10 months old, and attended the nursery for a year. I particularly liked this nursery compared to others because it's got a lovely big back garden, and the baby room is a decent size with lots of natural daylight, along with a separate room for nap times. The staff were very kind and friendly, and myself and my daughter built some very good relationships with the staff! My daughter settled in very well, and the staff fully supported her transition into full time nursery care just as I would have expected it. My daughter happily went into her room every morning, and made sure to wave everyone goodbye at the end of the day! Just shows how well she knew everyone in the nursery setting and was very clearly happy going here! Sad to have left, but she still asks about certain people from the nursery!"

"I have been sending my child to Lullabies since I received a I had my show around recommendation from another parent. I had my show around with the nursery manager, Jade who is very knowledgeable in regards to childcare and children's development. Jade was able to answer all of my questions and was highly personable. The staff are highly knowledgeable, friendly and caring. The nursery also holds a Millie Mark which is something I have looked for in a nursery as it makes me feel additionally safe in the knowledge that the staff are so highly trained in first aid. My child gets exceptional meals and I have tried to replicate these at home. The nursery sends me regular updates throughout the day on how my child is doing and it is a delight to see pictures of my child having fun. I look forward to following my child's learning journey at Lullabies and I cannot recommend this nursery enough."

"This nursary is lovely. There is a big garden and the staff are very supportive. My little one loves attending and is gaining confidence. She is behind some children in certain developmental stages but her key worker is really good with her. I hope to see her continue to enjoy her time there."
