"Disappointing post event experience...Given schools complain so much about funding, we pride ourselves in being incredible value. Yet recently the teacher who booked one of our domes, chose not to say anything on the day of the booking, when he felt the quality was a bit grainy, It turned out the projector was knocked by a pupil, and the sensitive equipment later restarted in the wrong mode. As one of the few planetarium who can handle a large number of wheelchairs, its sad to see that even though the student were happy, and teacher feels, they should overshadow the experience with their personal comments, which turned out to be non constructive All the children and staff enjoyed the show, and would have had a return visit, but we are terribly disappointed to have been left a poor review given our multiple awards for outreach, quality and value. Apparently everything still felt the dome was fab, but Brendon (the teacher) decided to leave us a poor review after instead of speaking with te team on the day - not a professional way to approach a company in our standing and contribution to education"
