"Very rude , one blond short hair with glasses , my father in law is with terminal cancer and according to her he should go to pick up the prescription for 1 month (heavy bottles ....etc ) she was luck of her colleague brunnete tall very nice and helpful..... the management should take into consideration more customersevice training . She should lern to treat well people indiferent of ethnicity or status and to be nice and polite !! !!! So she was very rude- management please take action !!!!!!( eg: customer service training ) she needs to understand that people don't come there for fun .!!! Thank you and i hope i,will receive a response on this !"

"The customer service can't be worse honestly. They don't welcome you, some of them are laughing between them like if they were in a pub, they don't ask you if you need anything else... You feel like if you are asking for a huge favor every time you need your prescription. You can imagine how you feel when you need to ask for a medication due to a private matter. Of course they don't say bye after handing the prescription for you, you just know you have to leave when they go back to whispering and laughing."
