"Went into the store pre-lockdown to get my son some new gym shorts for his PE lessons. When I walked in I was greeted by the most friendly ginger haired girl (can’t remember her name!) who made me feel so welcome. She showed me round the store with such enthusiasm I couldn’t possibly leave without buying anything. Safe to say the boy loves the gym shorts and I will be going back in post-lockdown.
