One staff member even went as far as to model for us when me and my parents visited without the groom which was greatly appreciated. The service was excellent from start to finish and we cannot recommend them highly enough."

"t is wrong they have the monopoly on school uniform sales for the area when their customer service is so bad. We have purchased full uniform both for Sidcot and Fairlands and asked today to swap a cardigan for a jumper picked in error. Tags all on but no , not possible . No exchanges. No exceptions or goodwill , just because we wont. A pair of leggings returned also a couple of weeks ago to swap for another size , but because ordered online , you have to buy the new size , put your return in a box and wait 5 days for it to be processed. This is beyond crazy . Computerised tills can quite easily recognise and process and exchange and a return . The owner and the female staff member in today are incredibly rude and really couldn't care less about customer service, and It will be through gritted teeth I have to purchase anything else there as I resent spending my money where it is not appreciated or followed with a smile , thank you , or a little dose of common courtesy.."
