"Think we may have caught them on a bad day as this wasn't the TGI's experience I know and love. Food was not to spec and lacked a bit of love and care. Steak sandwich was a bit flat with no garnish, chicken strips tasted great but again came with a bit of roughly chopped iceberg. For the price you pay you expect the WOW factor and it wasn't there, even the Frozen Strawberry Daiquiri had no fruit garnish? Small details but they do matter. Service was excellent and really friendly. I'm a massive TGI fan so hopefully this was a one off."

"Always a pretty decent experience here! We ordered mozzarella sticks and chicken fingers and both were good. However, it is quite overpriced for some basic food. Staff are always lovely and friendly and even when it’s very busy, you’re always served quickly."
