Our property manager, Kim, from the initial correspondence and viewing to dealing with the day-to-day has been attentive, responsive and supportive. Maintenance is handled quickly and often on the same day of the report. Any requests are always accepted and put to the landlord without hesitation. Kim was fantastic as our property manager, whenever there was routine maintenance this was all well communicated ahead of time, and any and all queries were replied to very quickly. Luckily we didn't have any emergency issues during our tenancy but I trust these would've been well handled if they had cropped up. Kim was also great at helping us through our notice period once our landlord decided to sell and made moving out as stress-free as possible.
