"Lovely room and location. Really handy having a fridge in the room. Staff are friendly and helpful. Only issue is there is a taxi rank outside which gets very noisy around 2am. Try to request an inner room."

"This is a really good place that’s barely 15mins walk from Princess Street, Edinburgh. A cozy place, with a comfortable and affordable rate. Staff are really helpful. "Room was good in general, also location and breakfast were great but the shower wasn’t. Water temperature varies throughout the shower, hot and cold, hot and cold… and when it was hot it almost burned me."
