"Walked out and left shopping at till after having waited ages for assistance with an issue at self scan, I had pressed the assistance button half way through and once I was finished I alerted the woman that I still required help ,she acknowledged me then went in opposite direction. Barcode wouldn't scan and I had even been to get a different pack which worked but couldn't finalise transaction and no way that i could see to type in the numbers"
