Tina offered to drop them off on her way home, until she realised we live inNorthumberland, and I felt that was beyond the service level I could reasonably expect. None the less, she nipped out to the Post Office, to ensure they went in same days’ post (yesterday) and we received them we received them this morning. Excellent, EXCELLENT, service, very friendly. Would highly recommend."
