"Shoes received were not the same, emailed with no response. Got up early to call the store, left message on machine, no return call. Only after involving my bank did kicksover mention to send shoes back, for more than what I paid for shoes. Said I never contacted them for return, lies, emailed 4 times, 3 different emails. Don't bother with this company, save your money"

"Bought my husband these shoes and he was so excited waiting on them…. And then they came! FAKE FAKE FAKE!! The receipt in the box is fake (Selena is the cashier). There isn’t a hologram it is just a sticker under a bubble, the shoes feel very cheap and poorly made, the bottoms of the shoes are glued together hard plastic. We emailed them about a return and refund and they stated they would give us a 15% refund and after we declined that they said they would give a 30% refund and that returns were quite expensive. I highly suggest that you never order any shoes from this company! Thank you Kicksover for absolutely ruining my surprise to my husband!!"
