"Had an appointment with Gavin at 4pm yesterday after getting my hair washed Gavin asked if it was OK for someone else to cut my hair . As this was my first appointment in the shop I felt it was very unprofessional to ask me if someone else could cut my hair when they were standing right next to him so put me in a position that I couldn't say no. Julie made a great job of my hair. But that put me off the way in which I was put in an embarrassing position."

"Turned up for my 2pm appointment with Gavin and asked to wait outside and then told couldn't be taken till 3.30, needless to say I left and will not be back. This is not the first time this has happened. They may be the oldest hairdresser in East Kilbride but they are getting a tad too complacent. There are other hairdressers just as good, more reliable and not as expensive locally."
