"*** UPDATE*** Boots were returned for repair in December. No correspondence by 20th February so I emailed for an update. Was told the boots were in repair and repaired boots would be sent as soon as possible. 20th March now and no boots no refund and another €17 lost due to returning boots for repair. Buyer Beware. Taking case to ombudsman now such a shambles of a company to deal with. I ordered boots for my son in January. Delivered in February for his birthday in March. Approx. 10 wears later and they fell apart. Pictures attached show that the boots are barely worn as the studs and soleplate are still good as new its the actual leather that's fallen to bits. Company don't want to know. I've sent numerous mails and messages as has my upset son but to no avail. I've copied the line were continually getting below . "Hi. Due to the age of the boot I can’t guarantee how long they will last. As it states in my terms and conditions I’m not responsible for the boot once it’s been worn. I can offer a service to you to get the boots repaired." This offer has not even been honoured and its now November."
