"No service at all. Nothing alike other lululemon stores. When I ask the assistant for going into the fitting room, she said “You can just go.” Then keep talking with another girl. While other customers might received service, I helped my self all the time. Can I suppose the assistants to be racists? It was all me myself didn’t receive greeting coming in and service when trying clothes."

"Visited on the 31/7/22 I have had a wonderful time at the Lululemon store in Covent Garden today. All of the employees were so friendly and helpful. Unfortunately I wasn’t able to get the name of the man who served me at the till as I was wondering if they offer personal sales associates as he was so great !!"
