"Fantastic community place and a great, affordable and usually busy little cafe. Really enjoy stopping here on a short cycle from bonnyrigg with my sons. Nothing fancy but great for a slice of cake or a toasted sandwich."

"I never went into the Steading i just went next door to it to get my flu jab and booster jab today and went to the store on the corner in Rosewell, it as changed since i was there in 85 i was only 15 years old then and now i am older now, i might go back to Rosewell next week and go into this place called the Steading for a cuppa coffee and a cake or something else and take photos inside this building."
