"Probably the best running shop in London. Full, detailed and thorough fitting process. Friendly, knowledgeable and helpful staff. Not overpriced and when you consider the level of service offered, I really would look no further when considering a running shop. They offer a free membership for loyalty discounts and they also give 10% discount if you're a member of a UK Athletics running club. Really good selection of shoes and running apparel. Worth booking an appointment because it gets busy, especially on Saturdays. Oh, and lastly, they give you the shoes to try out at home, if there's anything wrong with them, you can exchange it for something better. Great service."

"I booked an appointment at Run and Become in March. I tried on several of pairs of shoes and received some excellent advice from someone who clearly ran regularly and also clearly knew what they were talking about. I’ve done this a few times at various running shops and thought the Run and Become service was probably the best I’ve had. There was absolutely no hard sell. I thought the shoes were great and bought them. I checked the price of the shoes online when I got home and in this case Run and Become were actually the cheapest price out there for my size as well. The shoes have been excellent but unfortunately part of the sole came apart after several weeks of running (most likely a manufacturing defect which can occasionally happen). I messaged Run and Become who replied that same day with a return label and I had a new pair of shoes within the next few days. No quibble. Excellent service all the way. I’ll be back in a few months."
