"TNF you're an outdoor brand where is your outdoor spirit staff look controlled and rigid staff are only doing store standards in Brent cross ! There is no fun or exploration in-store. I really like this brand but my principals in a positive retail work culture are more important. Therefore I'll think twice before continuing to support this corporate brand."
