"We used to be happy with service and prices. Right now it’s just making money. Overpriced and no additional value. We’ll better buy tennis rackets online. Better prices and no difference. We paid 239 for a tennis racket and didn’t even get a bag for transportation. Disappointing. Online price is in between 129-159 for the same racket."
