"This company offered me a free waterbottle if I posted a positive review. Friendly staff until they have your money. Purchased a £3000+ product. Product reported faulty on day it arrived, refund refused, failed to send an engineer out, after nearly a month of near constant calls and complaints they offered replacement with a new machine if I could drop the machine off to their Northampton store. Once they had my machine back they refused to send a new machine blaming me for the faults and saying that as they repaired it they no longer consider it faulty and will return the same machine. One of the Managers openly admitted to breaking our agreement and stating his belief that this was acceptable as the fault was my own. A faulty used machine was delivered back to my house and I am still waiting for refund. Left with no choice but to seek legal advice and claim back damages. I rated this company highly but I wouldn't buy anything from them again. I would recommend not buying anything expensive you can't easily return yourself. I will probably use Powerhouse Fitness in the future."
