"I bought a pair of trainers today. When I got home realised one shoe is with dirty marks. Then I went to the store again to change that pair. The lady dealt with my issue was so rude. And when I asked her to change the pair she took that dirty shoe for cleaning instead of changing. When I asked that I want to to speak to a manager, she said she’s the manager. Her name starts with ‘H’ honestly can’t remember her name, I was stressing out. I had to wait so long until she come back with that dirty shoe.Then I had to asked her again to change that pair. She wasn’t happy to listen to me and didn’t bother to change for another pair. After she responded to me with no stocks in size 4. The way she grabbed the box from me is ridiculous. I’m not happy with her customer service. I won’t walk in to the store again."

"I went to the shop today with money and an intention of buying a few items. Specifically I wanted a pair Nike vapormax. They did not stock any adult size in this trainer which was a bit disappointing as I wanted to buy some. Also there clothes range was quite limited. I guess this is due to the size of the shop. I suggest they stock more up to date clothing and trainers. Staff very friendly though. Probably wont tey and shop here again. Will just travel to Croydon so I can shop in a branch with a wider range."

"Waited over 30 minutes to receive an internet order and trainers were worn and had different laces. Claimed they had more in stock only to be told they didn't 10 mins later and ended up leaving with nothing but a refund which takes days to be returned. Always a bad experience with JD. Go to footlocker don't waste your life with this shops"
