"Shocked to discover at the appointment when finished they are now charging in advance .could have been informed beforehand that they were doing this. nearly did not have enough.They expect you to seek this info out yourself by reading reviews etc on Google or by word of mouth so I feel they could have been a bit more proactive in letting me know. Patient now has to be proactive and not the business. Sad but true. Otherwise the appointment went well and staff were friendly and welcoming."
