"Awful store with an awful Manager, Valentine. Refused to offer me a refund for a pair of shorts I accidentally bought in a children’s size. And through no fault of my own since the item was incorrectly labelled. Sports Direct can be re-branded as much as it likes, it still remains the badly managed, dirty, messy store it always was. And they still treat every customer walking in there as if they are thieves. What an embarrassment for Frasers group"
