I walked into City Plumbing, the gentleman who served me was kind and fast and within 5 seconds he gave me the piece I needed. If like me you are not in the trade and you need pieces relating to plumbing, go to this shop and you will find trained and kind staff. Thanks again to solved my problem and to let me save money!"

"I needed a replacement for a cistern handle but didn't actually end up buying one from City Plumbing...! Spoke with a member of staff - Ryan who was very professional and helpful. When he learnt that there wasn't any stock available for the model I needed, which meant a 2 week wait period as opposed to 3 days, he advised that I may prefer to look elsewhere online instead of waiting. Great customer service even though it didn't end up in a sale."
