"Great workout! Similar to most barre classes but with great lighting and funky music. Was aching for days after. FYI - it’s basically just a room so no bouji shower facilities etc, not a downside just worth noting that you need to turn up ready to go. There are loos that you could change in but it’s not like a big facility. Super fun experience!!"

"Simply the BEST! You will burn fat, work muscles you've never knew existed and all with the soundtrack of the BEST tunes. I couldn't recommend more. My body changed within weeks and I felt like I had the best night out after the class rather then an exercise class. Sophie is an incredible teacher with huge passion and will guide you through the moves. The moves are guaranteed to make you feel sexy."
