"The staff are always very unhelpful. Customer service in this store really needs an upgrade. Always staff standing about doing nothing. When asking to make an order rather than ordering online is like I've committed a crime. Seems a lot of the items have been returned, make sure to check your stuff before you leave store."

"Visited this store a week ago to exchange hdmi cables the customer service I received was beyond excellent Peter served me initially and really couldn't of done anymore to arrange the rather complex exchange to say the least. There were also 2 other staff (I didn't get their names) involved in the exchange and they quickly located the items I was looking for and arranged for the remainder of my order to be collected later in the week. Fantastic service and many thanks for great customer care."
