"Avoid this company at all costs! After 4 years the laminate detached from the doors and they blamed a faulty batch provided by an external contractor. They provided replacements but wanted to charge us for fitting - we did it ourselves as we weren’t willing to give them another penny. Unsurprisingly, the same thing happened with the replacements and we now have a kitchen held together with tape! After another complaint their best offer was trade price on replacement doors. Their pricing is all ‘smoke and mirrors’ at the best of times so we didn’t even ask for a cost and have taken our business elsewhere. Strongly suggest that others do the same. Your kitchen might look good but it probably won’t last and you only have 5 years warranty."

From the first design visit, throughout the process of choosing finishes and appliances, through to delivery and installation, they were helpful, informative and approachable. The work was carried out to an excellent standard and I would certainly use them again."

"So far excellent. Our initial consultant did a marvellous job in his explanation of how DM Design works and how reliable this company is. Sold by this, we progressed a step further and signed up for a new kitchen. We had other companies in the loop but DM Design ticked all the boxes, therefore we went along with using the company. We had a further visit from Graham MacBroom (designer) who gave us a virtual reality image of our new kitchen. We are delighted with this company's service, so far. We have spent the last 2 days decluttering the kitchen and expect the kitchen team to arrive tomorrow. We will report on our experience when the job is completed. "If I could leave no stars I would. I have a list as long as a book as to why you should avoid this company at all cost. A year later I am still finding botched up jobs. It’s been a disaster from the minute they started the work. Kitchen measured wrong , tradesmen left to try and make the kitchen fit into the space, wrong units delivered, electric cables left hanging under sink, chipped units, cupboards too narrow to fit much in them, worktops were fitted with skirting boards instead of normal panelling. The list is endless and now I’ve discovered a side panel isn’t even the same colour as the unit…mostly hidden by the fact it’s in a corner with wash machine slotted in so it looks like it’s a shading I’d contact them as the bottom panel is coming away but they lie through their teeth and you get no where with them. Worst I’ve ever come across. If I could have them to rip it out and give me my money back I absolutely would. Please DON’T put yourself through it..worst signing you’ll ever make. Wouldn’t it be nice if they responded to the less positive reviews too! Go to ikea"

"Worst people ever. Our kitchen is still a disaster! They came in knowing it was a full refurbishment but just put up the cabinets without the walls being plastered. Which meant we had to pay someone to come and plaster the walls. The kitchen is still unfinished and we had to spend extra money to get things fixed. Also left pipes unboxed, some drawers not fixed, messed up measurements so some cupboards had to be fixed by ourselves. Absolutely terrible service and I really don’t recommend them."
