"Really disappointing shoe repair service. Found the lack of communication really frustrating - I would have appreciated a message saying that my trainers had arrived and then another saying they were finished and would be sent back. There was holes in the back of the shoes which have been ‘repaired’ by covering with a suede patch which makes it difficult to get them on your feet. The rest of the shoes were cleaned but definitely wouldn’t use again."

"My trainers went in such a bad state that I had even considered binning them but they were returned to be looking out of the box new. Everyone is incredibly friendly. They also have a very nice coffee shop. Can not recommend their services enough."
