"Why on Earth does it say open until 1pm on a Saturday when this clearly isn’t true? Arrived at 12:38 and all closed and locked up. Annoying when it’s the earliest you can get there and couldn’t in the week because of work. What a joke."

"Usually find everyone here helpful. However tonight Tuesday at around 5/6 on the counter staff on duty were rude and unhelpful. I was So disgusted in the service I received and how other customers were turned away without advice of what they can do to receive there prescription’s."

"Disgusting service. My nans under this pharmacy to have her medication delivered. She had her antibiotics all ordered and good to go tuesday, she has been phoning the pharmacy all the week to get an eta on when her antibiotics will arrive and she has been suffering an awful water infection, she finally got through my nan asked where it is at as she should be taking it by now as her back is in bits from this infection and a woman on the phone basically turfed her off and said "drivers have gone home now you will have to wait till monday" .... you could at least give some support and suggest other alternatives instead turfing your clients like that its disgusting. You could have easily put it back onto the spine for another pharmacy to sort for her and maybe she could have arranged for someone to collect for her. Honestly sort out your customer service skills. Absolutely rude woman!"

"Don't bother phoning them as they never answer the phone. At first it just rings and rings and then it'll tell you all our lines are busy. They can't be constantly busy all day everyday."

"3 times my partner went in for flu jab, each time they told him something different, No one here to do jabs after 5 ( even though the app for says you can) We don’t do on a Monday, so you go back on Wednesday which is supposed to be a walk in and low and behold they don’t do Wednesdays If people have a hard time getting here to be told excuse after excuse, as no members of staff seem to know the timings of appointments and days when it is ok, trouble that causes for them, I had an appointment and still waited an hour for my jab. Will go somewhere else in future"
